ARTICLE: IMPRESSED WITH IMPRESSIONISM
Developing my impressionist style
Posted: Tuesday, 3 November 2009
Click on the image to the right to view my complete article and some of my new impressionist works -->
After seeing the recent Monet exhibition in Sydney, I found myself heavily inspired by the impressionist masters: Monet, Van Gogh and Renior. It was only when researching impressionism that I realised my abstract view on the world through photography was so closely aligned to impressionism. The challange was to push the boundaries of photography and discover how I could produce works without any photoshop to resemble true impressionist masterpieces!
