3. Orders & Pricing
All products on this site are subject to availability. All prices on this site are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods & Services Tax), unless otherwise noted. All prices, including delivery charges, are current at the time of publication. However, they may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order of any type on this site, this will be interpreted as an offer by you to purchase a product for the displayed price (including the delivery and other charges). We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer or order, for any reason, including but not limited to: a) the unavailability of any product, b) any input errors made at the time of placing the order, c) an incorrect price or product description posted on this site. Your contract with us will only activate once we have received full payment for the order and we have advised you that it has been accepted.
4. Damage or Loss of Goods in Transit
Cade Turner is not responsible to any person for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Cade Turner is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss.
5. Shipping within Australia
Orders are generally shipped within one (1) week from the date the order is received by us. Shipping times may vary between 1 – 10 days, depending on the order type and shipping destination of the order.
6. Shipping Outside Australia & Associated Charges
Any order shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes and other charges for customs. Since we have no control over these charges, they have not been included in our delivery fees or purchase prices of any of our products. Furthermore, all such additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes must be paid by the purchaser or the recipient.
If you are having your order shipped outside Australia, please note that you are also considered to be the importer of the ordered product and are therefore required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you are having the order delivered.
Cade Turner will not be held responsible for the payment of any customs duties or charges under any circumstances. When you place an order with us, you agree to pay all import duties or customs charges which may apply to the delivery of your order. If you refuse to pay any import duties or charges imposed, you will remain liable for the full amount of the order, and will also be charged any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us, and any customs duty or penalty imposed by the relevant government or authority.
7. Product Returns
If for some reason you need to return you order to us, please note that we only accept returns if you have: 1) advised us by phone or email within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, and 2) the order is received by us fully intact, and in good condition.
Any costs associated with the return of your order to us must be paid for by the purchaser or recipient of the order.
In any return, you must include: 1) your reason for the return, 2) the refund type that you are seeking (full refund or replacement), and 3) your full name, address and daytime contact phone number.

8. Our Communications With You
